- Fill in the questionnaire.
- Attach a check to the questionnaire confirming the purchase of 50 rubles or pay the cost of the discount card.
The size of discounts:
- 2% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month up to 100 rubles.
- 3% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month 100.01 to 150.00 rubles.
- 4% -at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month from 150.01 to 200.00 rubles.
- 5% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month from 200.01 rubles and more

The discount card provides the right to receive a discount on the purchase of related products.
The size of discounts:
- 2% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month up to 100.00 rubles.
- 5% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month from 100,01 to 1000,00 rubles.
- 10% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month from 1000,01 to 3000,000 rubles.
- 15% - at the accumulated amount of purchases for the previous month from 3000.01 rubles or more.
